I have extensive experience in working with adults, adolescents, teens, and children. I practice Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), exposure therapy, mindfulness and other approaches that are well researched, known to be highly effective, set the standard of care for anxiety and OCD related disorders and are recommended by the National Institute of Health.
I am committed to creating a warm, safe, and hopeful therapeutic environment, and I encourage my clients to access their own strengths to develop new skills in managing their anxiety.

I offer weekly group meetings in Lexington in collaboration with Dr Laura Ferrer PhD for children, adolescents, and adults.
We target issues of excessive worry, anxiety and stress. The groups focus on anxiety management skills using CBT, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Mindfulness skills as well as supportive intetraction of group members.
